Price of average t-ball (baseball) bat?
Ok i have 6 old t-ball bats i got from my friend a few years back cause im into baseball but he doesnt play anymore. But even at the time they were to small for me to use. So i decided i could sell them or something but i dont know the price of a slightly used t ball bat might sell for so i dont end up pricing them to high or low. One is a louisville slugger red sox bat with nomar garciaparra which could be limited edition or something. help?
It depends on the bat and the conditions. The Garciaparra one probably isn’t worth that much anymore because he doesn’t even start. You also have to keep in mind that the average T-Ball bat costs about $40, so you have to sell for slightly less, (depending on condition and brand). For example, if you have a -11 Demarini Vexxum that has barely been used, you could sell for $100 (but that’s really ridiculous for a parent to buy their 5 year old a $100 dollar bat, but…. people do it.) Or if you have a plain Louisville Slugger (like the Garciaparra one) probably around $30, unless it is an exogrid, (or something of the sort) in which case you can ask for a lot more. So yeah, the bottom line in depends on the bat and the condition. It can range from $5 (for a crappy really worn bat) to $100 (for a really good nearly mint one). I would say probably around $20-$40 each.
